Practice Matters
4th Tuesdays (Feb - May) at 7 - 8:30pm Eastern In this 5 session once-a-month group, participants explore a featured spiritual practice from the world religions and then do a personal practice inspired by that month's exploration. During group time, participants share the gifts and insights they've received from learning about the featured practice and doing the personal practice they chose. Our hope is that, by getting a taste of these spiritual practices, participants will be motivated to weave one or two into their regular daily or weekly routines. Check out a sample packet here.

This 4-part series will introduce participants to the basic concepts of BioSpiritual Focusing and how it complements other contemplative practices. Here are the topics that will be covered:

Shamanic Journeying

Laura Horton-Ludwig, participants learn and practice in the tradition of Core Shamanism, using a safe and ethical method of steady drumming that helps your mind shift into a more meditative state.
