Practice Matters
Group is full. Another one will be offered in our winter-spring cycle In this 5 session once-a-month group, participants explore a featured spiritual practice from the world religions and then do a personal practice inspired by that month's exploration. During group time, participants share the gifts and insights they've received from learning about the featured practice and doing the personal practice they chose. Our hope is that, by getting a taste of these spiritual practices, participants will be motivated to weave one or two into their regular daily or weekly routines. Check out a sample packet here.

Shamanic Journeying
Group is full. Another one will be offered in our winter-spring cycle This monthly-meeting small group explores our themes through shamanic practices. Led by UU minister and shamanic practitioner, Rev.
