Monthly-Meeting Online Small Group for Facilitators - In depth, five months
Our monthly, two-hour on-line small groups for facilitators are a unique and intensive facilitator training experience. For five months, facilitators meet once-a-month with our team lead and founder of Soul Matters, Rev. Scott Tayler. Each monthly meeting is run as a small group and follows the packet for the upcoming month. Facilitators get a “dry run” of the session they will be leading the following month. Along the way, Rev. Tayler pauses to point out tips and group process, so you get in-the-moment training. In addition to learning technique, facilitators are nourished by the personal sharing of fellow facilitators from around the country.
After each 2 hour session, facilitators can stay on the call for an optional and more personalized troubleshooting and tips session with Rev. Tayler. This is a chance for facilitators to receive monthly support for the particular challenges they are wrestling with in their groups back in their home congregations.
COST: $100 for a half year (5 meetings)
TIME PERIOD: The upcoming 5-month sessions runs January-May.
(We will offer another group in the fall that will run September-January.)
